Dave, great article--really loved the clarity around each role blow-by-blow. Question: how do you think about drawing the line between growth and marketing / sales? If there's a CRO above all, then I can see how it flows. But I guess I wonder how to keep a growth team focused on stuff that's not going to overlap or conflict with marketing (or product). Love to hear your thoughts!
