Great advice Colette Nataf! I’ve heard this with founders as they have their 4- to 40- to 400-person company growing pains. The biggest one always seems to be your “firing quickly” point. It’s a really hard thing to do, and everyone I’ve talked to has the story of the “one person they knew they should have let go earlier.”
